Malisic Dev is an AI consultancy and product studio shipping web, mobile, and AI software for founders and engineering teams, without standing up a permanent in-house team. We work in four shapes: AI integration, product MVPs, modernization, and AI-search optimization & MCP infrastructure.

## How we work

1. **Discovery** (1–2 weeks) — Stakeholder interviews, technical audit, scoped proposal with a staged estimate.
2. **Architecture** (1 week) — System design, working spike of the riskiest path, milestone plan.
3. **Build** (4–10 weeks) — Working demos on a regular cadence, a shared channel, production-grade code with eval coverage.
4. **Handoff** (1 week) — Repo, infra, runbooks, architecture docs, a hands-on workshop, and 30 days of support.
